The Mothership Rendezvous includes an overnight field watch with a strong historical sighting rate — four of our last five departures logged a confirmed event. Anything beyond that is, by definition, not something we can include on an itinerary. We can only promise the watch.

What happens if my departure is delayed by solar weather?

Accepted Answer

Transfer windows are governed by orbital mechanics and solar activity, not by us. If a departure is delayed, we rebook you into the next available window at no additional cost, and your deposit carries forward automatically.

Are couples' cabins available on the Titan cruiser?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Kraken Mare route offers an observation suite package built for two travelers, with the same access to the rotating dome dinners and shoreline light-watching sessions as the standard cabin.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Every trip offers an installment plan, typically three to eight payments depending on the itinerary's price and length. Your booking confirmation will show the exact schedule before you commit to anything.

Do I need prior EVA experience?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the itinerary. Mars and Roswell & Nevada include Intro EVA training built into the schedule, so no prior hours are required. Europa, Proxima Centauri b, and any trip listing an EVA Class requirement expect certification before departure. Check the specific trip page — we list the requirement clearly, not in the fine print.

What is a Spacefarer License and how do I get one?

A Spacefarer License is the Interstellar Travel Authority's baseline certification for off-world travel, issued after a medical exam and a logged EVA hour minimum. We'll send you the exam checklist the moment your deposit clears, and most travelers complete it in six to eight weeks.

Can I bring my own tinfoil?

You can, though we're not aware of any documented protective effect and neither is Scully. If it helps you relax on the outbound transit, pack it in your carry-on — it won't trigger any restrictions.

Is the black oil safe?

Accepted Answer

The Tunguska mineral springs are tested weekly and meet every regional safety standard for mineral-spring water. Scully reviews the lab results personally each season and has never withheld approval. The color is cosmetic, not chemical.

Question 10

What if we make first contact ahead of schedule?

Accepted Answer

There's a protocol for that, briefed daily on every relevant itinerary, and Skinner reads the full document aloud to each departure group personally. Nothing has happened yet on a scheduled trip. The protocol stays ready regardless.
